High Falls Torrent
Raging Pigeon River spilling over Minnesota's highest falls along the Canadian border at Grand Portage State Park. Once the fall rains arrive, the rivers along Minnesota's north shore of Lake Superior become raging torrents for a few days, and then subside to a trickle as winter arrives.
